How do I use the scanline with the charts in 3D in winRVA ?

The scanline is inaccessible in 3D mode because of the 3 dimensional nature of the chart. The scanline would not appear as though it were in the correct plane if the chart were rotated. The solution is that the scanline is only usable in 2D mode.

Why doesn't winRVA have a printer setup feature ?

The printer setup feature wasn't included because there is a bug in the report generator that winRVA uses. The bug seems to ignore the printer settings input by the user. A work around is to go directly to the printer settings in control panel and set them to the desired values. This work around does not work for all printer drivers.

Bug fixed in charting. The user can now change the printer settings. See Bugs_winRVA

Why can't I import some DOS data files into winRVA ?

winRVA cannot import DOS files for firmware version before 1.6 because the data structure in the firmware was updated to accommodate more information. In order for some of the newer features of winRVA to operate with maximum performance, it was decided not to maintain backwards compatibility to the older firmware.
