To begin with please make sure you have the latest version of the software. You can check the version number by clicking on the Help/About menu of the software and comparing it to the version history list below. If you have the full version of the software and have not received an upgrade, and you are entitled to one, please contact support@app-dev-enterprise.com with a subject of "Upgrade (Software)" where (Software) is the name of the upgrade needed. Be sure to include your email address. If the problem you are experiencing is not listed in the version history or on this troubleshooting page the please submit a Bug Report. Problem: Can communicate with the unit in DOS but the Windows software cannot. Problem: Cannot print reports or charts. Problem: Button glyphs or other graphics are not displaying properly. Problem: Can communicate with the unit in DOS but the Windows software cannot. This problem has always been due to a bad cable. Try changing the cable and click the Recorder/Verify menu item.
