Resetting the unit

1)     Disconnect the unit from the computer and AC power.

2)     Using a paper clip, short the two outside pins on the top row of 3 pins on the units RS-232 connector. (see Below)

3)     Hold this short for 10 to 15 seconds.

4)     Hook unit back up to the power supply and the computer.

5)     Press the status button on the unit. Verify the unit’s display reads “Programming Lost”. (If not repeat step 2)

6)     In the software click on the Setup/Communications menu and verify the COM port selected is the COM port the unit is hooked to, then set the baud rate to 9600.

7)     In the software click on the Recorder/Verify menu and make sure the unit connects
